Grief Yoga 4 Week Series

 “Take on the journey of self-healing. Transform struggles and pain in personal strength and inner-wisdom”

Grief Yoga an unique practice that combines yoga posture, movement, breath and sound. It allows to move the stress and pain through the body and liberate emotions. Grief is used as fuel toward empowerment.

Each week will emphasize a step to move forward:

  1. Awareness, where do we hold tensions and what they mean.

  2. Expression, break through emotions such as anger, sadness, anxiety, regrets.

  3. Connection, renew our relationship with ourselves and others.

  4. Surrender, let go of pain not love.

The class is suitable for people new to yoga.
